Note: More On Reindeer

Just a quick post to say that if you’re interested in finding out a bit more on Finnish reindeer herding following my long-winded Lapland story, you can check out this post on my other blog here:

  1. I read Your link and did find this: ”The Finnish people eat reindeer meat”. I have never tasted and never will taste. I do not know any person who has eaten it. Many tourists has tasted, so I have read in blogs. I love reindeers. They offer for everyone an experience in Finland, which is not found anyhere else and it is:

    Reindeer race.

All this is free – no payment. This means that the poor can experience something before inexperienced.

    Have a good day!

    1. Ah that surprises me, the restaurant where I have lunch every day in Helsinki serves reindeer sometimes as a normal meal! Thanks for reading and for your comments πŸ™‚
